The (Un)Official Guide to the Kid's Choice Awards 2008

Update: The awards happened on March 29, so I have marked the winners with this guide inbold.

Well, it seems that the winter is-a melting away and spring is coming. We all know what that means.
1) the official 1st birthday of Superkid2.vze.com being on freewebs, and
2)the kid's choice awards.

This is my opinion, so if you don't agree with it, then we have different views of who's going to win what.

My choices are highlighted inorange, or if I have more than one choice they will be highlighted ingreen.
1. Favorite TV Show
Drake & Josh
Hannah Montana
iCarly
The Suite Life of Zack & Cody
Reason: iCarly is the newest show of the nominees,yet also one of the funniest, and it has a cool premise as well.

2. Favorite Reality Show
America's Next Top Model
American Idol
Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?
Deal or No Deal
Reason: There's really not much of a preferred choice here. American Idol and America's Next Top Model both relaunched this year with much better seasons than their last two, while Deal or No Deal made a name for itself in a whole different league. Despite me not making it on 5th Grader, I still think that it's a great show, so I'm voting for all four. There really isn't a preferred choice.

3. Favorite TV Actor
Drake Bell
Josh Peck
Dylan Sprouse
Cole Sprouse
Reason: Drake and Josh recently finished its run, and, sadly, The Suite life is in July. We should at least give one of the newer show's stars the blimp, because The Suite Life is scheduled to become a new show with the Sprouses and Brenda Song named The Suite Life On Deck. I haven't heard anything about Drake & Josh's extension, so I'm not sure if Mr. #1 Hit and his stepbrother's story will continue.

Reason: Is there a better choice? Raven is on That's So Raven, which still is a high rated show on Disney Channel, and she recently appeared on her on-screen brother's show, Cory In The House.

Reason: 7 words: SpongeBob is the funniest show on Nick.

Reason: Transformers wasn't just a great summer action movie, it was THE great summer action movie, while Pirates was in a league of its own this summer.

Reason: Two great movies. Are We Done Yet?, and The Game Plan.

Yep, that's right. Sorry about me not updating the blog for a while, I've been pretty busy with my birthday being on Friday ,(you are reading not a 10-year-old's blog, but an 11-year-old's),California, and my mother's baby shower (yes, I am getting a new sister this December) and, of course, birthday presents (If you don't think that getting Thrillville 2, an iPod nano wth VIDEO,some VERY comfortable Nick & Nora pajamas with Milk-bone dogs on themand Rihanna's CD Good Girl Gone Bad isn't a good birthday, then I think you are nuts). A B'Day Worth Waiting For!

As many of you guys know, my 10th year is slowly coming to an end, but my 11th year is coming closer than ever, since it's September 1st and that only makes 47 days left. 10 years have passed, and I have been waiting for October 19th for a really long time. 11 years is a long time, and I can barely believe that I'm almost that old. But at least I finally might get that Macintosh computer I've been wanting wellbefore this blog's first post ever on Matmice Pages (then known as plain MatMice).And what better time to get it than October 19, 2007? I'll tell you why, because of the new Mac OS X coming out in (who woulda thunk it?) October. It's calledLeopard, and it's going to rockTiger's socks off.One of the first things that Leopard has for you to get with it that Tiger doesn't,is the new Apple iLife '08. It comes with every Leopard Mac, and it improves everything from iLife '06, although the part of iLife I'm most interested in isiMovie 7, the movie making aspect, andiDVD 7, the DVD creator.Tell ya more later on in Prep month. as I call it.Thanks,-T

Relaunched w/ a countdown...

This blog entry starts with a countdown to the Russ Parr Back To School Bus Tour officially stops here in Raleigh... So, you guys ask, "What's that?"Well, my answer in a nutshell is basically when our local hip hop /r&b station, K97.5, hosts a concert-type event that has the crew of the radio show that airs on our radio station, and some others across the country, and they always start in Detroit and continue all the way through all of the radio station areas until they finally return to their headquarters in DC.Also, they have school supplies and other things that kids would need in August, the month most kids in Raleigh go back to school.Okay, I'll admit it, that wasn't much of a summary of it "in a nutshell", but it's kind of hard to say in just10 words (or even less).If you want to get some more juice out of the info, don't ask me. Go to their website @russbustour.com.Also, my blog is almost a year old. Sorry about the unnotifying hiatus, I am in the middle of making a website and a column for my sister's magazine, which I help with the comedy & sports sections. Anyway, I also have been getting ready for the ending of Ten's first storyline, which I will update pretty soon, and I also will be updating this site (finally!) in the next few days.
